Raised in Palermo, Sicily Chef Michele Galifi developed an early love for pizza making and cooking in his father's restaurant. By the age of 8, he was standing alongside his father tossing dough and cooking; this is when his real love and passion for cooking started to blossom.
After earning a degree in engineering in Palermo he decided to move to LA to create memorable dining experiences that honor tradition while embracing contemporary culinary trends. With his deep-rooted passion for Sicilian food and his innovative approach, Chef Michele Galifi is currently expanding his portfolio to bring the authentic flavors of Sicilian classics to a wider audience.
